Failed to deploy to ARCAD server

I am able to import the artifacts from ARCAD server but failed to deploy the release with the error as below.
I have checked the agent process is running and connection test is ok. But seems could not get response from remote host. What could be the cause of such error? I was trying to get the information from the configuration guide or user guide. But there is few detail information for DROPS configuration for ARCAD.

The connection is ok but always get this error.

I have identified the cause. It’s something wrong on the machine where DROPS server I setup. Something related to the firewall and port policy, which stop the acknowledge message from IBMi. It should be fine now after I set the DROPS server in another machine.
